✅ Eligibility for Return
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Only unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Products must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or edibles due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Digital products or services (once delivered/access granted).
- Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).
2. Exchange Policy
- Defective or damaged items will be exchanged free of cost.
- If the desired replacement product is out of stock, you may request a refund instead.

- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (eSewa, Khalti, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery refund, etc.).
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
📌 Refund Conditions
- If the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us (shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective/damaged).
- Refund will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
4. Fund Return (Digital & Prepaid Payments)
- If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, the full amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
- If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
- For partially shipped or canceled orders, only the unshipped amount will be refunded.
